Image Cutting: The Perfect PSD

1)Open Up Your Picture. We'll Be Using this One.
2)Go To Layers>Promote Background Layer picture
3)Select The Lasso Tool
4)Match Your Settings To Mine picture
5)Zoom in anywhere from 250-400%
6)Begin To Outline. Only Do A Smallish Section Then Double Click.
7)Go To Selection>Modify>Smooth picture
8)Set Your Settings To Mine picture
9)Press Okay. Then Press Delete On Your Key Board. picture
10)Keeping Repeating The Step Until All Of Your Image Has Been Cut.
11)All Done!
