Print-Screen Way (Level of Difficulty: Easy As Pie!)
1) Open Up Image. We'll Be Using This One: (Click)
2) Select Your Pan Tool (Click)
3) At The Top Your Zoom Options Will Pop Up.
4) You Must Adjust To How You Want To Resize. We Will Be Zooming Out 30% (Click)
5) Now You Need To Print Screen. You Can Do This Prt Scn On Your Keyboard. Laptops Need To Press Fn then Prt Scn
6) In The Same Photo-Editor (Jasc PSP In Our Case) Paste Your Image By Either Right-Clicking & Selecting Paste As New Image OR Pressing CRTL V On Your Keyboard
7) Select Your Crop Tool (Click)
8) Crop Small Version Of The Picture (Click)
8) Done! (Click)



Resize Tool (Level of Difficulty: Easy-Medium)
1) Open Up Image. We'll Be Using This One: (Click)
2) Right Click On & Select Image Properties (Click)
3) A Box Like This: (Click) Should Pop Up
4) Look At The Dimensions. In Our Case This Image Is 750x1000 pixels
5) Open Up Your Calculator Tool. Most Computers Should Have One Naturally. (Click) 6) Decide How Much You'd Like To Resize Image. We Want To Make This Image 30% Of It's Original Size
7) Now You Will Take Each Dimension & Multiply Using The Calculator Tool By .30 (<--30%)
8) Our New Dimensions For The Image Are 225x300
9) Now Go Back To Your Editing Program And Select The Image You Want To Resize. Hit Shift S On Your Keyboard
10) A Box Like This: (Click) Should Pop Up.
11) Enter The New Dimensions Where It Says Pixel Dimensions.
12) Press Okay.
13) Done! (Click)
