4) You Must Adjust To How You Want To Resize. We Will Be Zooming Out 30% (

5) Now You Need To Print Screen. You Can Do This

6) In The Same Photo-Editor (Jasc PSP In Our Case) Paste Your Image By Either Right-Clicking & Selecting Paste As New Image OR Pressing CRTL V On Your Keyboard
7) Select Your Crop Tool (

1) Open Up Image. We'll Be Using This One: (

2) Right Click On & Select Image Properties (

4) Look At The Dimensions. In Our Case This Image Is 750x1000 pixels
5) Open Up Your Calculator Tool. Most Computers Should Have One Naturally. (

6) Decide How Much You'd Like To Resize Image. We Want To Make This Image 30% Of It's Original Size
7) Now You Will Take Each Dimension & Multiply Using The Calculator Tool By .30 (<--30%)
8) Our New Dimensions For The Image Are 225x300
9) Now Go Back To Your Editing Program And Select The Image You Want To Resize. Hit
Shift S On Your Keyboard
10) A Box Like This: (
Click) Should Pop Up.
11) Enter The New Dimensions Where It Says Pixel Dimensions.
12) Press Okay.
13) Done! (
