2) Make A New Raster Layer
3) Fill With The Color #f5bbcf
4) Set Raster1 To Lighten At 58%
5) Duplicate Background & Drag To The Top Of Your Layers
6) Set Copy Of Background To Hard Light At 100%
7) Make A New Raster Layer (raster2)
8) Fill Raster2 With The Color #0b1c5d
9) Set Raster2 To Difference At 66%
